Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of AurBox, a software-as-a-service product provided by Delbion Soluciones Tecnológicas S.L. (B86066297), registered at Carrer del Dipòsit 13, 08198 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know as soon as you spot unauthorized access.

The information you provide must be accurate and up to date. To use the service you must be of legal age or have authorization from the organization owner.

We offer a free plan and paid plans with different usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance in monthly or annual cycles and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Prices do not include taxes, which are added where applicable. Plan changes take effect immediately, prorating the current cycle when relevant.

When using AurBox you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that violates intellectual property.
• Try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, run automated scans, or place loads that disrupt the service.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: files, contacts, products, invoices, websites. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to deliver the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for complying with data protection law regarding third-party information.

We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out scheduled maintenance and will give reasonable notice when it is expected to affect your use.

AurBox, its software, brand, design, and documentation are owned by Delbion Soluciones Tecnológicas S.L.. No intellectual property rights are transferred by providing the service, beyond what is strictly necessary for you to use it under these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Delbion Soluciones Tecnológicas S.L. is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss caused by external factors, or unforeseeable damages. Total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount actually paid by the customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can cancel your account at any time from settings. After cancellation we keep your content for a reasonable period so you can export it, then we delete it securely.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, especially when service security or other users are at risk.

If we modify these terms, we will publish the new version here and notify you by email or inside the product when changes are material. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law.
