We process the data you give us and the data generated when you use AurBox:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, language.
• Organization data: business name, tax details, team members.
• Content you upload: Drive files, CRM contacts, products, invoices, websites.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser, OS, activity logs.
• Payment data handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.

• Deliver the service you signed up for and keep your desktop running.
• Manage your subscription, billing, and payments.
• Answer your questions and provide support.
• Keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
• Improve the product through aggregated, anonymous metrics.
• Send operational messages and, with your consent, product updates.

• Contract performance when you create your account and use AurBox.
• Legal obligations, especially tax and accounting.
• Legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and improving it.
• Your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, acting as data processors under contract:

• Infrastructure and database provider.
• Payment gateway for subscriptions.
• Transactional email tools.
• Analytics services to understand product usage.

We also disclose data when a competent authority requires it by law.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we require guarantees equivalent to GDPR, usually via Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your data while your account is active and, after you close it, for as long as needed to meet our legal obligations (mainly tax and accounting). Then it is blocked and securely deleted.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by writing to info@delbion.com.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs, and regular backups.

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here and, when changes are material, notify you by email or inside the product before they take effect.
